How to conduct the test
- You must weigh your body weight and use that weight in the unit of kilograms
- Then you must measure the your height which is used in BMI as meters
- Divide your weight in kilograms (kg) by your height in metres (m)
- Then divide the answer by your height again to get your BMI.
