How to perform the test
- The athlete completes a warm up
- The athlete reaches directly up against a wall
- The highest possible point the athlete can reach flat footed is marked (M1)
- The athlete then faces side on to the wall and jumps
- The athlete reaches as high as possible and the point reached is their score (M2)
- The distance between M1 and M2 is the athletes score
